Filternox Europe S.L., in application of current legislation on the protection of personal data, informs that the personal data collected through the forms on the website: https://www.filternox.com/, are included in the specific automated files of users of Filternox Europe S.L. services.
The purpose of the collection and automated processing of personal data is to maintain the commercial relationship and to carry out information, training, consultancy and other activities of Filternox Europe S.L.

In cases where the user includes files with personal data on shared hosting servers, Filternox Europe S.L. is not responsible for non-compliance by the user of the RGPD.
Data retention in compliance with the LSSI
Filternox Europe S.L. informs that, as a data hosting service provider and in accordance with the provisions of in Law 34/2002 of 11 July 2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), retains for a maximum period of 12 months the information necessary to identify the origin of the hosted data and the time at which they were and the time at which the service was initiated.
