Filternox^® is proud to introduce its new-generation SPT-WBV filter.

Thanks to 25 years of work in the field of filtration systems and 10 years of producing high-quality filters, our company has acquired extensive knowledge and experience.

Furthermore, through our ongoing research and development efforts, innovation has become one of our company’s core policies, enabling filter applications to reach new levels of performance and efficiency.

Our experience has shown that over the past 25 years, the use of surface water has increased exponentially due to declining groundwater levels and climate change.

To make the filtration of this surface water more effective, the simultaneous removal of both coarse and fine particles in a single stage has become crucial. Our new filter has demonstrated, both during testing and in field applications, that it very efficiently removes all combinations of particles.

Technical Specifications and Typical Characteristics

• Regardless of the required filtration level, the simultaneous filtration of coarse and fine particles,
• Thanks to the advantages provided by its special screen structure, more effective filtration is achieved by increasing the inlet-outlet ΔP difference to form a thicker cake layer on the screen surface,
• Allowing for horizontal or vertical installation of the filter thanks to a 90º angle difference between the filter inlet and outlet,
• Provides operational ease due to its very small footprint,
• Minimal need for spare parts,
• Suitability for filtering all types of water (seawater, river water, etc.) thanks to the body and filter element, which can be manufactured from a wide variety of materials,
• Since it is equipped with a variable frequency drive, it allows for the necessary speed adjustment and backwash rate to achieve optimal backwash efficiency,
• Since it is equipped with a variable frequency drive, it allows operation at different voltages and frequencies,
• Easily adaptable to solar-powered solutions,
• Uninterrupted filtration during backwashing.
