• • Acting in accordance with our strategic plans, which are defined based on customer needs and expectations, existing product and process performance, competitor benchmarking data, and the requirements for new product and process development, while prioritizing and safeguarding human and environmental values within the framework of sustainability.
• • Ensuring continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our established Quality Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ensuring continuous improvement and development of our processes and personnel.
• • Establishing, maintaining, and continually improving our Environmental Management System, as defined, to enhance environmental performance, fulfill compliance obligations, and achieve our environmental objectives.
• • Protecting the environment by using raw materials, water, and energy efficiently, implementing pollution-prevention measures, and maximizing our environmental performance.
• • Complying with national environmental legislation, the applicable environmental regulations of the countries in which we operate, and other relevant requirements.
• • Considering Occupational Health and Safety as our highest priority in all activities and providing a safe and healthy working environment.
• • Increasing the awareness of senior management, employees, and all stakeholders regarding the importance, monitoring, and follow-up of climate change, and fulfilling all mandatory or voluntary obligations related to this matter.
• • Minimizing Occupational Health and Safety risks through risk analyses and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and continually improving the OHS system.
• • Providing training to enhance the awareness, competence, and participation of employees, suppliers, and, where applicable, all stakeholders in matters of Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety.
• • Cooperating with all employees, subcontractors, and visitors to ensure that all necessary measures related to Quality, Environment, and OHS are taken, implemented, and followed, thereby improving our performance and adopting these commitments as our Quality & Environmental Policy and OHS Policy.
• • Ensuring the provision of all necessary resources and achieving continuous improvement together with all stakeholders.
